Bad experience about this company, takes too much time even moving small amounts stuff, company doesn't provided straps for the movers to move the large item. The movers damage my frig and I even bought the insurance for the damage ...guess what...!!! Keep calling and calling... they said the part is sent wrong and have to reorder... waiting after a month, I called back again... they said parts are now is back order, call back in a month later and left the message after messages...receptionist said "will have the manager call you back " and I never get any call back from these managers Andrew and Wade , they're the one who in charge for my case. It been almost a year... and nothing is happening???? So , what's the point to buy the insurance for the company from moving. Bad customer service, bad management.... nothing to resolve...wasted time and money....definitely NOT RECOMMENDED
It has been a week since the move, and Andrew (the manager) has not answered my emails requesting information, and I have not heard anything from the company. I contacted the corporate office in Lansing, MI, and have received a response from them.
Needed help moving my larger 2-person items on short notice when my fiance tore his knee helping me move on Friday. Called them Friday afternoon, they were able to fit 2 hours of help for me in the next day on Saturday. Guys quickly and efficiently loaded everything as carefully as is reasonable on one end and unloaded even quicker and placed everything percisely where and how I asked on the other end. Life savers on short notice. Worth every single penny. 9/10, would recommend and use again.
The first team did not bring a piano dolly, and they dropped the piano on its side. They noted on my invoice that they would check the piano for damage when it was moved out of storage.
The guys worked there tails off. Great fun. They got a big tip. They also broke a picture and crushed the freezer door on our fairly new fridge. It's been four months and Two Men & a Truck have not called me back. I have called them four times... Come on, Man.

I feel taken advantage of with this entire experience. When I first called for the quote it was explained to me that there was a $120 refundable deposit. During the move the movers where taking too long so I went and checked and they where just hanging out in their truck. The loading took an hour and a half and the unloading took 45 minutes while they where being watched you do the math. When I paid the drivers they said the $120 deposit would be applied to the total. My bank account said different so I called the office on 2 occasions asking to have my reciept emailed and both times they did not send them. I am shocked that I paid $420 to have a 10 x 20 storage unit that was about 3/4 full moved into a garage,no stairs, no set up, no going room to room. It took 2 hours to move to the unit 1person and 2.5 hours with this company to move out with 2 professional movers.
My piano was damaged when they dropped it...I paid extra for Two Men and a Truck, located in Blue Springs, MO, to move my antique piano into storage in June and again to my permanent location in October.
Okay, one guy did call me back to tell me, "our file wasn't there another guy has it on his computer." I ask you, what about all the paper work?
Andrew contacted me today with information on the repair process and assured me the piano will be repaired.
Before the move to the permanent location the manager (Andrew) and the secretary told me the company would repair any damages to the piano caused by being dropped. We found extensive damage when we unwrapped it. The moving team documented it, and they also told me the company would repair it.
