Disappointed with the owner Thomas Powers in returning phone calls concerning issues with damage to furniture during our move and behavior of movers. Finally after coming to see issues and trying to repair furniture he won't return calls or texts about replacing damaged coffee table. I do not recommend using this company.
The movers we used said they'd move our baby grand but when they got to our house they would not. There were multiple discrepancies and we were not happy. We had to have our piano moved that day as new carpet was being laid the next morning. My husband has s broken neck and this was just another thing we didn't need to worry about. Tom, the owner of Powerhouse I believe, sent a crew that day, they disassembled the piano, loaded it, drove to the new house, and had it unloaded in less than an hour. Oh, and removed a newel post and bannister too! They were absolutely lifesavers and extremely knowledgable. Would use them without hesitation.
Powerhouse was at my door within 24 hours of my phone call. They efficiently and carefully moved my things. The gentleman were respectful and kind. I could not have asked for a better experience.
