They NEVER get our order right. Not one single time have we gotten a pizza delivered from this location and it was all just as we ordered it. There is even a reminder on our account in the computer that prints out on the sticker that goes on the box that says to remember pepperchinis and double check the orders accuracy and STILL they get it wrong. I have contacted multiple managers at this store and I have contacted the corporate office. All of who ensure me that it won't happen again and they will fix the problem. It happen EVERY time. They either leave out something that we ordered and still charge for it might I add or they mess up the pizza. We love Papa Johns pizza but this location is HORRIBLE.
*** 2 hours later after me going up there having a conversation with the "manager" he said my pizza was being delivered, my wife calls me saying it was there and once she opened it, it was burnt! No wonder they are behind. They are leaving their pizzas in the over too long! OH and I ordered a large and it was a small.
Ordered a pizza from here instead of Pizza Hut just for something different and will not make that mistake again. Got my pizza and it had small black hairs on it.
Best staff you could ask for.

First time ever leaving a review on something. I ordered a pizza. ONE pizza, it was suppose to be here in 32 mins, an hour later still no pizza so I called to just ask where it is, she places me on hold then it hung up. So, I thought it was an accident and called again and a lady named Olivia answered and I said "Yes, I ordered a pizza an hour ago and it was suppose to be here 30 mins ago and I was just wondering where it was" in the nicest way possible. She hestitated then said "It's on its way" then I said "How do you know that you don't know my name or my order?" And she hung up! I feel like there is a serious problem with this Papa Johns location and something needs to be done.
