The delivery person was very courteous. The food was phenomenal, and probably one of the top 5 best tasting meals in my life. Domino's pasta has the superior taste to Pizza Hut's pasta.
Ciera and Patrick...Trashy people, trashy attention to detail... Shouldn't have to expect less just because it's not a 5 start restaurant. Ordered online, got there as my pizza was being taken out by a chick chewing snuff!!! Right after she boxes it up, she turns and SPITS directly by the dough making table and bfr I could tell them I didn't want it and why, quite a few ppl came in so to not cause a stir I just left and called corporate. Always new ppl working here, won't be back for a while...
Wish I could give a one star! Ordered 3 pizzas via internet! Showed up a few minutes early and paid! Was handed my three pizzas and told to have a nice night. I usually check in my vehicle but decided to check in the store! My pizzas were made on the wrong crust. I told the man and he told me no, that I was wrong, that is how I ordered them. I apologized and said I wanted to check my order because I tripled checked before ordering! I showed him the email of my order, he was extremely rude, and took the two pizzas and said, it will be ten minutes. Never, I’m sorry, I’ll fix that for you, nothing. Then I asked him if he could put the third pizza under the heater so that it stayed warm since I had a 15 minute drive and had to wait for the two other pizzas to cook, he rudely took the pizza without a word! Finally, ten minutes later he gave me the two pizzas that he messed up. Never apologized. Nothing. I was overly nice, apologized for making him remake them, but nothing from him. Piss poor costumer service. I’m assuming he is a manager since it was only him And a delivery driver there at the time.
Man this place sucks!! Gave it a shot but boy was I disappointed. I would rather order a pizza from pizza street let it sit overnight uncovered and eat it in the morning. Do not waste your money.
Don't take negative customer reviews with a grain of salt. When customers leave negative reviews, they write them out to be more negative than what they actually experienced to try and hurt businesses.
10/10 will purchase again. For $18, my experience was definitely worth it
We have always had great service at this location. My boys are convinced our delivery driver tonight is a superhero...they watched him run through a downpour with lightning in the sky to bring their pizza.
