Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru with NO ONE in line inside or out. There were 5 employees inside chatting and carrying on while making 2 sandwiches that I had ordered. My husband asked for a refund and all the manager had to say was 'sorry about that, I've been on the phone taking orders'. Ridiculous. No customer service skills whatsoever. We got our money back and they threw the already made sandwiches in the trash. We won't be back.
Food is just as good as any JJ location. Service is kind of slow. They always seem to be training someone new, so hopefully that will improve soon.
The bread is always hard. Im not a huge fan
It's a Jimmy John's if you been before you understand. This location seems to stay moderately busy. And is clean
Good food. Service is absolutely terrible. Definitely not freaky fast at all. Took 45 mins to deliver. When I got what I ordered it was wrong...i would say that they need to do something about this problem.
