Horrible place to go for work!! Gave me one estimate then told me it was a different price told me I didn't have an appointment there when I made one online horrible customer service I'll never go there
I liked it a lot, I'm Brazilian, and I needed to change the brake pads, I went to google in the Meneike of Metcalf, but I was in Blue Spring, so Mr. Antonio answered me, with the greatest patience, put the translator to speak , I did not know, Mr. Antonio speaks English and Spanish, I answered changed the brake pads only, the price was good, I recommend Meneike. Called twice within 30 minutes on a Tuesday morning. Both times they hung up the phone before it could even finish ringing, both times within just two or three rings. I've called when they're closed and it rings A LOT longer then goes to voicemail, so someone is intentionally ending the call so they don't have to talk to a customer. No way they are so busy on a Tuesday morning they can't take one call. You can't even schedule online, so I will simply take my business to one of the many other shops around here.
Went for an alignment. Tony advised me to change wheel bearings before having the alignment done. Didn't even charge me for putting on the lift. Honest mechanic!
BEWARE.....BEWARE...BEWARE...BEWARE...! This is the worst chop shop on the planet, they broke a lug on my wheel and expected me to pay for it...! Then took car to a friends mechanic because my car would not run right day after Mieneke worked on it, other mechanic found wires that had been cut....never had a problem with this until they worked on it. They left my oil filter lose so engine would leak out the oil and did not tighten my oil drain plug so all the oil leaked out nearly burned up the engine. Mieneke is not a repair shop, it's a chop shop....!
