Very courteous staff, I needed to have a tire replaced, they were about to get me in the same day it took about 2 hours. I consider myself pretty handy when it comes to car repairs, breaks, oil changes, and even engine overhauls, but sometimes you need specialized tools and tires is one of those things it's very hard if not impossible to do at home. I ended up buying a second tire, once they got me in i was back on the road in 20 minutes, I was amazed how far they were able to assess my tire, put two new tires on, balance them and get me on my way. Highly recommended. This is were I'll be going for all my repairs I can't do myself. Highly recommended, they have won my business.
Absolute best place to get service in the Blue Springs area. I live 30 min away and I drive to this shop for all my vehicle needs. Not only good management but fantastic customer service. #Firestoneforlife
Unreal. I had them take off my brand new 20" Nitto tires to put drag radials on my Saleen. I was told by a manager that he'd put my name on them and put them in back until I could come by with my truck and pick them up. When I called to tell them I was coming to get them, I was told they had gotten thrown away. Brand new 20" Nitto tires thrown away??? They had my name on them and my name is in the system with my phone #. Maybe someone could've called before throwing away $500 worth of new tires??? That's some serious customer service there!
Leaking coolant is never a good thing especially when on a 3000 mile road trip. Thankfully, Lisa and the rest of the staff at this location we're absolutely fantastic. They were able to get us in and out, and back on the road in 1.5 hrs. We are so thankful! Highly recommend :)
Wow, paid for an alignment due to the rear tires wearing badly. They admit they didn't even touch the rear because their machine said "it's in spec". Tech wanted to argue with me that my tires were wearing badly simple to not rotating them. Take your money elsewhere.
