Love this store! As soon as my pomeranian hears the word Petco, his tail starts wagging & he's anxious to go! The employees are all so helpful and nice.
I'm able to get in out pretty quick.. Kinda expensive and they don't always have the treats available that I give my dog.
Always had a good experience with both the store and the groomers shop. Easy parking for RVs or vehicles with trailers.
I bought my baby bearded dragon there. My little guy wasn't eating for about 3 weeks so I asked them what I should do and they told me to bring him in and they will issue store credit and then once they take him to the vet and he gets better we will be able to buy him back and take him home. I took him there on Thursday and had not heard anything from them all weekend. So today, Monday, I call the store. First they don't tell me about the right bearded dragon, but when I finally find out about my bearded dragon, I find out that he has passed away the day that I brought him to them and did not make it to the vet before he passed. I understand that he had passed, but what I am really upset about is why not call and let me know? Why would you have me write down all my information, because he is a part of the family, and not even have the courtesy to call me and let me know that a part of my family has passed. I was sitting there all weekend waiting for the phone call to tell me I could come pick him up. And when Monday morning comes around and I have to call YOU to find out that my baby bearded dragon had passed away. You will not have my business and I will see that I let as many people as possible know about your care and responsiveness when it comes to keeping families informed about their pets when they are in your care. I wish there was a negative side to these stars.. Just horrible.
It had barley any reptiles in Stock the store is mostly made up of fish.
