I went in & the rep had a very disrespect customer cursing her out because his phone had broke and he didn't have insurance so was mad he had to buy a new one at full price. The man was so rude and disrespectful. I was expecting the rep to be in a crappy mood with me because of that customer but She was the BEST help! We are always so quick to come and complain when service is bad but overlook the GOOD!
