Worst customer service ever I was looking to buy a z9 swift stream 93rd drone I got to the store after work and still had some time before they closed I was debating which version I wanted and when I decided I called my wife to make sure it was in our budget because it was a pricier one while waiting for her to call back an employee older woman with gray hair, said sir you need to leave we closed at 9 and it's 9:03 I said my wife will be calling me soon to let me know if I can purchase this z9 drone she gave me a dirty look and said so what are you gonna do? This is unacceptable to act this way to any customer I said I guess ill leave then and she shuffled me to the door as I tried to see her name badge she turned her arm back to make sure I couldn't see the badge then as I was walking out she rudely said we open at 7:30 I'm so disgusted with this experience today I will be seeing the manager Mark tomorrow
Staff is very pleasant. Have several staff members that has professional knowledge about what you need. Nice.
Well lit large inventory with friendly employees

We recently purchased a grill from Westlake Ace Hardware. The customer service was outstanding. The manager, Mark, took time to discuss with us different options for purchasing a grill and even clearly described the products to us. Each associate that helped was very friendly and knowledgeable. When we finally decided which grill to purchase, the grill was assembled and delivered to us...just in time for Mother's Day! A+!
