We highly recommend this dealer. In a world where car dealers are a truly a dime a dozen, it's very refreshing to have a great experience buying a car from a small dealer. What's interesting is we didn't even end up buying a car, but we were so impressed with how everything played out that we just had to give them a good review.
My wife and I were interested in a 2012 Jeep Patriot that was priced $2000 under the KBB value. Naturally, we jumped in the car and drove over right away. My wife has always wanted a Jeep, and at a price like that, it was going to be very hard for us to walk away from it. However, to our disappointment, Michael disclosed to us that he had recently found out that it had experienced frame damage in an accident, and that he wanted to have it looked at professionally. Instead of getting a quick sale, he called us the next day and said that he didn't feel comfortable selling it to us, and would rather get rid of it than risk putting any customers in danger. Austin was also very helpful and transparent with us.
These guys are the best in all the land! Sam and Michael went above and beyond for my husband and I. These guys genuinely care about their customers and didn’t pressure us one bit or turn us away like many other dealerships we’ve been to. We left not feeling like customers but more like family after the blood, sweat, and tears Sam put in for us. Britton is pretty cool too. She likes cheese!
This is a great place. Nice cars and Michael and his staff are awesome. We have purchased 3 cars from them. I will definitely being going back when the time comes to get another vehicle.
Overall, even though we didn't get the car we wanted, I was very impressed with their transparency and business behavior. If they ever get another car in their inventory that we want, we're definitely going here.
My fiancé and I came into this car shop, leaving with very satisfied customers. With not having the best credit, we were able to drive away in a new car we bought and we just absolutely love it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! You will leave with a big smile on your face.
