A special thanks to the young man that helped me unload/load my bikes. He is a hard worker, and very concerned that I had my bike secured for the ride home. Thanks to all the other staff members for their customer service efforts.

***Update: Lowest bike bids in the area by far. Very low customer interaction after the fact. Only went here and nowhere else after the bike deal. Very sad to see them only care about the deal and not at all about customers. You would think that would add EXTRA value in the bike for them. I am going to buy a new dual sport very soon, probably will not be here. Old: These guys took care of me when Shawnee cycle ripped me off and treated me like a POS. Great group of guys. The service techs care about their customers. Will only go back here.
Very knowledgeable staff and eager to help. I’ve been to several bike shops and while they may not be the largest I’ve had the most positive experience with them. The biggest difference here is the acknowledgment you receive when coming in, fair prices, and being able to get questions answered quickly. Would highly recommend these guys!
Good folks here. Helpful and friendly. No one in Lee's Summit would help out with a state inspection: "we don't do bike inspections". Translate that to mean "we don't work on bikes, so we can't fail your inspection and make money fixing it". Called a bunch of bike dealers and no one wanted to help. Called Dell's and they said to bring it right in. Glad I did. Blue Springs might be a bit out of my way, but I'll gladly ride a couple of extra miles to do business here.
We just stopped by to have a look around. Very friendly staff and well stocked inventory. Will definitely be calling them when it's time to buy!!
