We are always greeted quickly by the employee's at the front desk. Dr Rider has been taking care of our pomeranian "Sophie" for a couple of years now, and her previous doctor's were extremely helpful and thorough as well. We also have used the boarding services and are very comfortable and pleased with the care given while we are away. They keep us informed as to when certain shots are scheduled and we are happy that they keep our animal healthy!
My dog Hazel has never been afraid to come here! All of the staff here are so nice and work around your schedule to get you the care you need for your pet. We've seen 3 different vets here, and each of them have cared for my dog like she is their own(of course she loves that.) I recommend this office to everyone looking for good care!
Blue Springs Animal Hospital has been our vet/daycare since we have had our fur baby for the past 4 years. The entire staff has been nothing but professional, caring, loving, informative and all in all the best place you could intrust with your furry child. We have made some wonderful friends with the staff and they all make our Bella Boo feel like she is the most important patient they have. We love this staff like family! The Carter family.
I’ve been to this office twice and both times I’ve been so pleased with the level of service I’ve received. Before my second visit I did compare prices before I had my dog neutered and I tried to go the more affordable route a neighbor had recommended. After arriving at the other facility I immediately left, with my dog, and called Blue Springs Animal Hospital and took him there instead. I think at times you pay for what you get and when it comes to my pet I was happy to pay more knowing he was in good hands. Would definitely recommend!
This place is amazing. I got a new puppy which came with a complimentary visit and I was so impressed that I have switched my other dogs and cats over. Dr. Owens is wonderful. My dogs instantly fell in love with her. They actually get excited to go to the vet and see her! We have had a great experience with everyone there. I can't imagine taking any of my pets anywhere else.
