Jared Hines was our sales rep and he was awesome through the entire process. He worked with us and made sure the job was done correctly and on time. He constantly kept us updated on the progress of the job. When the job was complete he made sure we were satisfied and explained the bill and warranty to us in detail. If ever needed, I would use Triad again.

They promised me a 3 day job on my 3 story antebellum home that had MULTIPLE layers of shingles AND the original cedar shake! And they delivered.
Quality of work was great but customer service was awful! We paid for half of the work our self and he seemed to forget that. Get every thing in writing and make sure it is itemized. In the end he did lower the amount a little over $700.00 and wanted to make us happy. I would suggest if you use this company to me very aware and ask for prices on everything if you are paying out of pocket. Like I said the work was great, we love our roof and gutters. We even recommended the company to a co-worker of my husbands.
When no other roofing company would even give me a bid; Triad not did the job exceptionally, but they also handled dealing with my home owners insurance company as well as all the local permits AND my home lender.
By far one of the single best experiences I’ve ever had with Any service related business. Triad’s level of expertise, professionalism, and level of attention to detail far surpassed all of my expectations.

Triad is a great company to work with. Their knowledge of how claims work through the insurance industry is very helpful and takes a lot of stress out of the process of getting a roof replaced.. Triad's employees work quickly, are very careful with your property and they do an excellent job. The brand of shingles that Triad installed on our roof is definitely high quality - we couldn't get a better warranty for our new roof. I definitely recommend Triad for anyone who needs a new roof.
