Nasty!! I wanted to shout, "Where's The Beef" since there was only 2 pieces in my so called Beef and Broccoli. The Broccoli was too undercooked. The Steak is questionable as is the rice, if they really are what they are called. Too high for no meat. Not to mention the older male with gray hair who was a server, as well as janitor and stocker never washed his hands after disposing of trash right beside me to return to food serving. No gloves, no handwashing, nothing. On top of this one of the girls picked food up from the floor and nonchalantly added it back in with food to be served to customers. We were disgusted to say the least. I can only imagine what goes on behind the counter where food is cooked.
Eating area isn’t very clean, serving sizes are super small compared to other locations. Other locations are much better.
Fresh, tasty walnut shrimp. Clean, up to date facility. Polite, helpful staff. A cafeteria style place. $26 for two is a higher than an average price for a quick Chinese bite to eat.
I think everyone should be wearing gloves. One associates handled cash from a customer before coming to serve my food. Also, the same associate used one rag to wipe up a spill on the floor, then around the trashcan, then a table. Gross. So much bacteria.
Ordered the beef n broccoli... Its usually served in a brown sauce. This beef n broccoli is so dry and has no flavor. When I called to let them know, the manager proceeded to just argue with me, did not offer to compensate me or anything. Very very rude and unprofessional.
