All of the staff manipulate people into using their ATM so they will not have to pay their credit card swiping fees. NEWS FLASH, PEOPLE: You pay extra to use an ATM. Don’t let them trick you.
I read reviews prior to going but despite poor reviews I decided to go anyway. My first visit was ok, I was serviced by a nice lady name Aim. Because of my good experience with her I decided to go back. The second visit started off ok i brought my daughter in and all was well. After getting my nails done the lady who did my nails this time started acting aggressive all of a sudden. She began to aggressively gesture me to sit at the front of the store to dry my nails. As I was trying to get my things and my child she kept telling me to move in a demeaning manner. I then told the lady that I heard her the first time and I was trying to get my things. When I finally made it to the table to dry my nails the area was blocked and I couldn't get passed another client to take my seat I then felt the nail tech pushing me from behind. I then told her that I was trying to sit down and to stop pushing me. This lady has completely turned me away from this place. I will find somewhere to go to. I will not spend my hard earned money at a business that doesn't treat me right!
Great atmosphere. People were very nice. However I wanted gel dipped nails. Usually go to a different place. This is closer so I thought I'd try it. TOO THIN!! Went back after 3 days to have them fixed. And now broke again. Also the pink I chose can out red. Huge difference in colors. Also the clear coat has peeled off almost every nail. I guess I will drive further and get them done by salon not trying to save overhead costs.
I had a wonderful pedicure and foot massage tonight. I was pampered and treated like royalty from Uen. Thank you for helping me relax after working hard all day!
Had to edit my post to reflect that since going here I have now developed a fungus on my finger nail. It waa discovered at a new shop that I went to! Talking about scary and gross.
Absolutely the most unprofessional, ridiculous experience of my life. This makes Blue Springs look bad.

Staff was incredibly rude and my nails look terrible. After asking the woman doing my nails to repeat herself multiple times because her mask was blocking her face, she laughed in my face and continued to slap the polish on my fingers leaving air bubbles and globs. She was throwing a fit because I refused to get gel polish (15+ times) and would throw my hands to the side when she was finished. Once, she even hit my hand against the lamp on her desk.
This nail salon is terrible. I came here to get my nails done as I’m a bridesmaid in a wedding, and the service was incredibly poor. Once I put my name down, they didn’t give me time at all to look at what colors I wanted. Next, they refused to let me and my tween sister sit next to each other until I forced them to. They were trying to upsell every other word that came out of their mouths. They were pressuring us into changing from getting just a gel polish, and they filed my nails into squares when I specifically asked for them to be rounded. They were rushing, and now 3 of my fingers have air bubbles. They insisted on me using their ATM to pay with cash (which has a fee) instead of putting it on my card. Very rude staff, they made what was supposed to be a really fun time not enjoyable at all. I will NOT be going back.
I felt very uncomfortable as the boss would walk around taking notes on a notepad and bark commands to the workers. When I tipped the person working on my sister’s nails, he complained and was shouting at me from across the room. Seriously complaining about being tipped...
