Great sekection and customer service

The prices are a lot better than rent-a-center and the staff is more knowledgeable and a lot more friendly I would highly recommend this place to anyone

I bought several things from his company which is a rent-to-own store. So I paid my bill sometimes bi-weekly and sometimes monthly. There was times when money was short and the staff would come out and bang on your door. Once they even came out when I was not home but my family was home and threatened to assault my wife, child, and elderly mother if they didn't answer the damn door. That was awhile ago but I remember it because that's not how you do business doesn't matter whether or not I'm late with my payments. Now I ended up paying off all the furniture there eventually, but it was only because the owner finally hired a decent individual to collect and to work with financially strapped individuals. That man's name is David Lee he is super nice cordial a complete opposite of the other Jack wagons that they've got working there. They used to come out to your home in a white unmarked van and sit in your neighborhood. I explained to the manager but that was creepy because children in our neighborhood and around the city have been kidnapped by people in unmarked white vans. It wasn't long after that that they finally got and Aaron's truck. Anyways they should make David Lee the manager that store because of his attitude and his ability to understand that money doesn't grow on trees. He worked with me to get all my accounts paid off. After paying off close to $7,000 in merchandise I wanted to buy a side-by-side refrigerator I was told by the jackwagon current manager who I will leave nameless because of my situation I had to be approved and authorized to open up a new account. At the time I had my tax return and money to spend they dorked around over the weekend and still didn't have me approved by Monday the next week. So I called up there competitor RAC over the phone while I'm on lunch break ordered my fridge fill out the app pay them got delivered that evening. I guess they didn't want my money because RAC did.

Tyler is super awesome! I’m actually behind on payments right now and he was able to take care of my account with a post dated payment! They definitely work with people! Thanks so much!

My frustrations are not with the products but rather the employees. I have purchased so many things from Aaron’s, I have literally lost count. The products are amazing and I love that it stays under warranty while it’s being leased. What I do not appreciate is the lack of communication/assertiveness. I have a 55” LG smart TV that I had sent in to be checked out due to a blue line across the screen. They sent someone to pick it up and brought me a smaller loaner TV to hold me over until it was fixed. That was FIVE WEEKS ago. I have had to make contact with them just to get updates on what’s happening. It was supposed to be on a truck THREE weeks ago and when I called to make a payment today, it’s supposedly on the truck for this Friday. I am frustrated that I paid not ONE but I am now paying for a SECOND month for something that isn’t in my possession and that they have completely dropped the ball on. The least they could do is charge me for the smaller, cheaper loaner TV that is currently in my possession. I live by going above and beyond for people ESPECIALLY in customer service. At the very least they could’ve made a phone call to update me on what has been going on. This is the first time I have done business with this location and it will be the last. Any further business will be taken to the Noland Road location as top-notch customer service is their priority. The Manager, Tracy would be better fit for a position that wouldn’t require her to speak. Veronica however, should take her place. She’s the sweetest and knows how to treat people.
