BEWARE OF THIS DENTIST! THIS DENTISTRY IS WHY PEOPLE HATE AND ARE AFRAID TO GO TO THE DENIST! I went as a new patient coming in for a 6 month cleaning, as I am new to blue springs, and without any communication or even cleaning my teeth they stated I needed a crown with possible root canal! I have not even had a cavity in 10 years. They stated I needed it done as soon as possible to try to avoid root canal. I was shell shocked and extremely doubtful but thinking they were competent I scheduled to have a crown. The young female dentist is extremely incompetent. She tore my mouth up so bad I wonder how she graduated. The other staff (with exception of Shelly) was just as bad. I am going to a different dentist to have the crown fixed and damage done looked at. I MAY SEEK LEGAL ACTION (that's how bad it was!) BEWARE!!!
Super nice and accommodating staff to whom I am eternally grateful for helping me this morning. They will be getting all my business from now on.
I am new to the area and needed to establish a new dentist. I noticed a small cavity (I had never had one before), and was able to get in right away. The staff was extremely friendly with a great sense of humor. The atmosphere helped my nerves. My filling looks great! It blends in so well with my tooth that you wouldn't even know that I had a cavity to begin with! I am very happy with this office and will continue to see Dr. Binns in the future!
The best dentist office I have ever been to. They make sure you are taken care of and do the best work. I have been through so many dentist and I have stuck with this one for a couple years now
The woman in the sales offices,baylee,is very evasive. They have a few kinks that need to be worked out and realize they are dealing with real people and stop treating us like it's all obout $ and a business deal. I guarantee if they implement that strategie more people would stay. I won't be back or any of the 6 memebers if my family,they lost us all. Thanks baylee for making us feel like we're buying a car instead of booking a dentist appt!
Woke up this morning to the worst pain in my tooth. I had put off the dentist for too long. Called these guys to see if they'd take a same day walk in they said it would be tight but they fit me in with no wait. Had to send me to a specialist to do a root canal but still did everything they could to get me out of pain.
