They got great prices on their Under Armor gloves,we got some and they are great for cold weather
I was so excited when I moved near this location, as I shop at Ross stores frequently. I'm so disappointed with this one! There's literally no merchandise in this store. There were maybe 10 pairs of shoes total in my size. I felt like I was at a picked through garage sale. They need to double or triple their inventory and then maybe it would be worth shopping at. So bummed!
Why pay for stuff that others are allowed to have for free? Ross doesn't even bother to stop or report shoplifting. We, the honest shoppers, make up the loss when prices are raised and we pay them. Even if prices stay the same, why are honest people expected to pay them and thieves are not? Are they some social elite? It doesn't matter where the money comes from to a business. It just comes from the hardworking people and not from those bold and arrogant enough to steal. I would feel better if such businesses at least tried to care to stop theft.
Absolutely awesome!!! I found the cutest pair of shoes and address for a wedding for under $29. Not to mention doggie bowls and an awesome pair of sunglasses. I loved Ross!! Exclamation point
Yesterday, I bought a headboard at Ross and tried to fit it into my sedan. After discovering that it didn't, I turned right back around to return it. I called today to ask if they still had it. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very rude and did not want to even go check if it was there. She said they were short handed and busy so that I would have to come check myself. I explained that I live an hour away and did not want to drive two hours and find out it's not even there. She checked, said it was there, but said they couldn't hold it for me. Terrible customer service.
