I went through the automatic wash and paid $10.00. My car was still dirty after going thru it. I went into talk to the manager and he hands me a card from a stack. It explained why my car was still dirty and what I needed to do. Apparently you have to go to the self service station, pay $1.00, personal your car then use the brush on the entire car! Why on Earth would a business not be upfront about this? If you are going the the automatic bay there is a reason for it. What if I were handicapped!? It doesn't matter the reason why. You should not advertise a spot free shiny wash when it's not true. They do offer to let you run through the automatic for free after you've gone through the and paid for and brush your car first! This is ridiculous. DO NOT GO THROUGH THE AUTOMATIC IF YOU EXPECT TO HAVE A CLEAN CAR AFTERWARDS. Just an FYI, I clean my car regularly...it wasn't as if I had months of dirt on it.
