I have been using Enterprise as a business traveler where I have a car rented almost every other week and sometimes more than that. And this has been happening for the last 20 years. Time and time again they have earned my business. As a frequent traveler you can imagine that I have had various issues/damages to vehicles. The mark of a customer service oriented company is not how easy it is to handle the normal easy things, but how the difficult and unusual items are handled. And Enterprise handles them all with great customer service. I have always been treated like I was an extremely valuable customer no matter how difficult the situation.
The people here are so nice and helpful and the car was nice, however the check engine light came on and they swapped out with no problem. I highly recommend this location.

Staff was very professional, punctual and prompt to our needs. However, we specifically requested can Toyota RAV4 for a trial . They called me several days away to confirm and then the morning of my pickup, they didn't have a RAV4. I paid extra for this size vehicle and they couldn't deliver! I sh have cancelled and changed to a less expensive car! Be aware they don't always have they say!
