Walked in, 8 people in line ahead of me, 2 tellers and 1 employee chatting with everyone and asking how are you but doing nothing to help. When I left 12 people were in line, still 2 tellers. Tellers are nice but I am irritated every day because I come in to make a deposit for the company I work for and have to waste my time in line.
BOA as a whole is ridiculous. Only one teller working to service your existing customers while you have 4 personal bankers working to set up new customers? Looks like the priorities are not lined up correctly. This is one of the reasons I had my employer move our account to a bank that actually values their existing customers. Thankfully I only have one more week of this nonsense.
I have been doing business with Bank Of America for over 10 years. The management at this branch is horrible. They do not know how to treat their customers. Awful service. Kim the branch manager is clueless and arrogant. I have nothing good to say about this branch. Don't waste your time or money here.
I have an account here and went to cash a BANK OF AMERICA CHECK from my mother who also has an account here but they say they can not do it because they have to call and generate questions about her account and ask he but they can't because system is down. Good thing I waited outside the building in the 15 degree weather to find this out since YOU HAVE CLOSED THE DRIVE TROUGH PERMANENTLY!!! I think I'll be banking elsewhere from this day out.
My husband has had his commercial accounts with Bank of America since they bought out another bank in the 80s. We have seen them close locations convenient to our business, Shorten their business hours, and cut down or eliminate all together drive-through windows. Today I arrived with four commercial deposits and waited in line while as usual there was one teller available. Finally another teller came over and opened the window and waited on one woman ahead of me in line. When that customer was finished I went over to the window and literally had my commercial bank bags sitting on the counter when a small man in a suit walked up and told the teller who was going to help me that she needed to go over and meet some other clients. He did not offer to do with my deposit while she was otherwise occupied. When I said as usual I see you have only one teller he said well that’s the way the bank is now. The teller was only pulled away for about four minutes which makes me Wonder what was so important that she had to be pulled away from my transaction. She completed my transaction in complete and total silence and even though I deposited thousands of dollars, I didn’t even get a thank you at the end of the transaction. I realize that the bank does not want to have any teller services available but for someone who is running a business and often has cash deposits, sometimes I must visit the bank. The lack of caring at this particular branch is appalling. If my husband ran his business like this he would virtually have no customers.
